There is a first aid point providing 24-hour general and emergency health services, and an ambulance for accidents/injuries and medical emergencies in the Ercan Airport terminal building.

There are 13 bus services from Ercan Airport to various parts of the island. Additionally, there is 24-hour taxi service and 5 car rental offices available.

There are special rooms and areas for baby care in the arrival and departure passenger halls at Ercan Airport.

There is a baggage wrapping machine in the departure passenger check-in hall.

Direction, information, and announcement services are provided from the information desk in the terminal building.

At the airport, there are ticket sales offices for THY, Pegasus, KHY, and AJET. In addition, there are flights operated by THY, Pegasus, AJET, Mavi Gök Airlines, KHY, Sunexpress, and Freebird.

The terminal building is constructed to allow disabled passengers to move comfortably and safely.

There are various bank ATMs in the terminal building.

There are 3 fast track points in total: before the x-ray at the departure passenger hall main entrance, at the passport control point, and before the arrival passenger passport control.

There are offices in the terminal building to welcome and direct hotel guests, and hotel and tour operator reception counters in the car park.

There is a paid parking area offering free parking for 0-20 minutes and secure long-term parking facilities.

There are meeting points at both the air and land sides of the departure passenger area.
